Do you handle the ad spend, or is that separate?

Always separate. Your ad budget goes directly to Meta, TikTok, Google, or whichever platform we're running on. We never touch your ad spend, we manage it on your behalf. Our management fee is what you pay Business Play House for the strategy, setup, and daily management of your campaigns.

How long before I start seeing results?

Honest answer — the first month is a learning phase. We're setting up properly, gathering data, and testing what works for your specific brand and audience. Most clients start seeing meaningful results between weeks 4 and 8. By month 3, we have enough data to scale what's working with confidence. This is why we require a minimum 3-month engagement.

Do I need a website to run ads?

Not always — but it depends on your campaign objective. For WhatsApp-based sales funnels, a website is not required. For e-commerce, lead generation, and SEO, a website is essential. If you don't have one, we can build it for you. We'll tell you clearly which setup is right for your goals.

Can you work with brands globally?

Absolutely. We operate fully remotely and work with brands all over the world. Our entire process is designed for remote delivery without any compromise in quality or communication.

However, we do offer one-time engagements for website creation, ad account audits, strategy sessions, and content production.
